Editing an Extrusion
I am having issues changing an extrusion height and moving all of the other associated features at the top with it. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to make the height 1950.667mm. Thanks in advance. I tried to upload the .ipt file and it tells me it is not valid.

Re: Editing an Extrusion
You can now attach ipt and iam files. In the future, if you get such an error, just zip the file.

Re: Editing an Extrusion
Hello,
I'm not sure if your worked this out or not, but the first thing I noticed is that not all of your sketches are fully constrained, especially Sketch1. Unconstrained sketches work great if you are creating an adaptive part, and maybe you are, however, all other non-adaptive sketches should be fully constrained, typically. I have seen similar issues rectified just this process.
Also, this appears to be a sheet metal part. It may be a better approach, in this case, to use the tools in that environment.
Hope this helps.

Re: Editing an Extrusion
I would be tempted to rebuild this part as sheet metal. For the main top flange create a sketch and project profile and create a face. The downward flange is fairly straight forward from there. The small flange at the bottom would be a sketch profile, then create a face remembering to select Bend>Edges. It could be done fairly quickly. You may wish to remove associations with the original part, add dimensions and then delete original. It could easily be done in a few minutes. A quick tip: convert the part to Sheet Metal before you start and it will adopt the existing material thickness.
