AutoCad Sheet set manager missing xrefs
We have three cad people in the office. No common server. we use external drives to backup our work. when we are working on the same project, we copy the files to our desktops. One person creates the sheet set, and starts the drawings. In the life of the project, the other two people might need to work on the drawings. The xrefs do not show up and is shown as absolute paths. I read that it does this because the model views were created on a different drive, even though the relative path might be the same. other than a third-party app, is there a work around for this? So that we do not have to keep re-referencing the xrefs?
thank you!:?

quit working on local files? set up a NAS or designate a pc to act as a file server.
Re: AutoCad Sheet set manager missing xrefs
Yes what cadtag said, also you should be using "relative paths" for everything with a common file structure/naming, so no matter where it is it will find it.
