So I am starting to add my keynotes and I am not seeing the number in the tag on the sheet. The tag is there and the note is in the legend. I am at a loss. Can anyone help. This has never happened before. Thanks.

What numbering system (Keynote Settings) is this project using? When it assigned to By Sheet the view needs to be on a sheet for a number to appear. When it is assigned By Keynote then the tags can just report the keynote value immediately.
Is there anyone who can recommend the best product among the ones listed here?

Is the view on a sheet yet? It won't show a value until it is.
Here is the snapshot of it. Projtect is going out in 2 hours. Might have to do something else if I can not figure this out in time. Drawing is on the sheet and you can see the schedule with the description.
Try tagging something else with another keynote. Also try turning on/off the annotation crop boundary. There have been some issues with keynote refreshing in various versions of Revit. The latest builds claim to have patched it but I still see complaints.
Ok. I will try that and see.
Well I ended up making a new Tag and it worked. So just got rid of the older ones. Thanks for the help.
I don't know for sure, because I don't know what keynote system you are using. However, I know that this same problem occurs with revisions to legends. I think it is because Legends can be used on multiple sheets. It is as if Revit won't put them on the sheets where the legend appears because it does not know how to number the revision. Anyway, the work-around is to put the revision number on the sheet(s) where the legend appears, instead of in the legend. I would think the same approach would work for this issue.
