Save import/Export Elevation Banding Styles

Summary: Set user defined styles and be able to save them in templates and import into other drawings

Description: It seems ridiculous that this item has not been addressed. There are questions and requests for this all the way back to 2009. You cannot even apply the same style settings to multiple surfaces in the same drawing. Each one must be done manually.

Users should have the ability to create custom elevation banding stlyes based on ranges and colours and then be able to save them in working templates and import them into another drawing for use.
