Civil 3D Description Key Sets - Visual LISP

Does anyone know how to select description key in a Civil 3d file using Visual LISP? I can get the drawing settings using LISP, but I can't find the description key sets inside the object.

It's not in the "Settings" at the document level like you think it would be.

The hierarchy is AeccPointDescriptionKeySets --> AeccPointDescriptionKeySet --> AeccPointDescriptionKey. I imagine you're looking to edit the actual key settings, so you just have to navigate through the first two collections.
