Development Site Schedules? How to attack?

We have a development site that has 16 Revit buildings linked in. We want to create a schedule that has:

Building Type
Building SF
Building Occupancy/load
Parking stall counts per lot
Green Space Req. per lot

How can I tackle this?

It would be nice to do a color fill from building type?

Blue buildings are industrial--
Red buildings are retail--

I can create project parameters that I can use through my property schedule that has text fields to fill in for these items, but we would like some of these to come from the Revit models.

Parking lots are modeled as floors; I am using a parking stall family.

If there is an area defined in the link file, can I use this in a multicatagory schedule?

Can I put project parameters into a linked Revit model?
