Error when opening a file with SP 03

I was crashing yesterday, and the report came back to install service pack 3, which I did. I then had to re-edit some drawings that were created earlier. So I opened them up and kept getting this message

“Cannot open file C:\Vault Workspace\Designs\Engineered Wall Projects\University of Toronto\03 Fab Packages\2nd FLOOR\W-L2M\UTM_W-L2M\Frame\UTM_W-L2M FRAME.iam”

I then click ok and it gives me this message

“Error loading segment AmBrowserSegment in database C:\Vault Workspace\Designs\Engineered Wall Projects\University of Toronto\03 Fab Packages\2nd FLOOR\W-L2M\UTM_W-L2M\Frame\UTM_W-L2M FRAME.iam”

I then click ok, and it keeps repeating over and over until Inventor finally crashes.

I don’t know what is happening, last week we installed a update for Vault 2010, and just yesterday I installed Service Pack 3 for Inventor?

Any ideas on what is happening?
