Tool palette sharing

I have created some new tool palette groups and populated them with new tool palettes - no problem. I now want to share them with other users in the office. I have copied my "Profile.aws" file and my "Tool Palette" folder into an accessible area on our network so that these files and folders can then be copied into the relevant areas of the users roaming profile. Unfortunately I cannot get their tool palettes to update with 'my' version.

Can anybody please help me with this :?:. I do not have access to the file server which I assume would be the ideal location for these files and point everyone to it in the file location tab in Autocad Lt.
