Dominant Corridor Regions

Summary: Assign Dominant Corridors at split locations (maybe a toggle at the start or end of a region) to determine which region defines the cross section at the station

Description: Assign Dominant Corridors at split locations (maybe a toggle at the start or end of a region) to determine which region defines the cross section at the station.

So right now the system automatically assumes the end section of a region defines the section at the given station. I'd like to see the system modified so you can toggle which region takes dominance so that the feature line pathing follows transitions based on manual overrides where necessary
