Automatic Point Groups (Design)

Summary: I would like for the surface labels for spot elevations to use the point label styles and be added to the point groups as points.

Description: I would like for the surface labels for spot elevations to use the point label styles and be added to the point groups as points.

How Used: This would give the capability to use the grading features to create a surface and then display the points for the plans to be submitted. Local agencies want to see points, with the styles we created to look like theirs, and could really care less about a surface. I love creating with the grading features, but I then have to create all the points, which is like doing the job twice.
