Autodesk Recap 2014 Studio: How to set up coordinate / target info when indexing on import?

Hello,
I'm a new user of Recap. I have about 70 ZFS raw files, and also a ZFPRJ file. So I used the ZFPRJ file to import the rest of the zfs files, set the Noise filter to aggressive, but didn't touch anything else. I didn't expect the 70 scans to magically be brought in into their correct coordinates. But the HELP file concerning how to Specify a Different Coordinate System isn't much help on how to bring the scans into the correct "origin" location. My question is how do I bring these scans in correctly, as Recap is simply importing each scan into the same origin point based on where the camera was located.
