How to draw the property line using the Cartesian Coordinate System (Not using the Polar Coordinator System)

Dear all,

I am using the RAC 2011 to draw the property line on the site which the surveyor giving me only the Cartesian Coordinator Point (which is {X,Y} format; not {Length,angle}).

The problems are:

1. RAC is only provide the Polar Coordinator System input to individual Bearing Point. How can we change this defaulted setting?
2. RAC assign the N/E and S/W coordinator point base on the countries which locate on the north of earth Equator as following:

• South and East direction: add the "+" before the point coordination
• North and West direction: add the "-" before the point coordination

How about all countries locate on the south of earth Equator?
