Revit Modeling
Hey,
I'm new to Revit, actually still in school training. They've only been teaching us the basics so I've taken on a little project for a friend who is building a church and I've ran into a little bit of a problem. I'm trying to include some complicated molds such as architraves, columns and what not around my doors and windows on the exterior of the building. I've tried using walls sweeps but I'm not getting the effects I was hoping for. Is there a place to draw these on my own and turn them into a family or a component I can use in my drawing? Any advice would be great.

Re: Revit Modeling
You might want to consider using an in-place sweep instead of one nested in the wall. It'll give you more flexibility. Create the profile as a family, save it and load it in to the project.
Just a thought.
