Window Assembly help!

I am trying to to create a window assembly for this dwg that is attached. Can some one please help me out. I do not know where to begin. The clouded areas of this dwg will show you the plan and what it should look like in elevation.

I would look for a window assembly in the tool catalog or download one from the Autodesk site that is similar and modify it to fit.
