Horizontal Sheet Index Table

Summary: Option to format the sheet index table to be horizontal.

Description: I would like the sheet index table to be formatted horizontally. It would be nice to be able to fix the height of the table and then have multiple columns going to the right with the additional sheet numbers and sheet names.

How Used: I would use this on my cover sheets that have a landscape orientation. That way I could fit a sheet index that might have 100+ sheets on a 24x36 sheet.
