System family sketch mode dimensions should default to the sketch line.

Summary: When in sketch mode surely dimensions should default to the sketch line and not be the 3-4-5th thing you have to tab to.

Description: When editing ceilings, floors, roofs pads etc in sketch mode, surely dimensions should default to the sketch line being edited as this is the thing you are editing, and not be the 3-4-5th thing you have to tab to if there are other items at this same line location. I waste a lot of time tabbing when this could be a quite simple code change to always default so the sketched line is the first thing selected. There are times when users select something below accidentally.
