Allow customization of the iProperties table

Summary: Allow customization of the iProperties table, configured as needed by individual companies.

Description: iProperty Truncation

How Used: Create a mapping file or options file for iProperties that are necessary for design tracking without having to go through multiple tabs in iProperties. Customization would be available to select which iProperties are important for the company/design and need to be filled out for Title blocks or vault indexing.
