I don't know what you are referring to as 'tools' but LT can't run lisp files or any other code tools. Are you talking about menus, etc.?

Your "upgrade" was in version number only. You downgraded in capability.
Is this via your company, or are YOU the renter of the AutoCAD LT 2020?
