AutoCAD 2007 and LT 2007 - Custom menus load randomly...

Hey All,

I have a couple custom Drop Down Menus which also contain some custom toolbars...

We have a couple copies of FUll Version 2007 and a couple LT versions of 2007.
The menus load fine for everyone except one computer has trouble.

But, it only has trouble when you first boot the computer and run AutoCAD for the first time.
You have to reload the menus with Menuload. After that, you can open and close drawings or completely close and re-open CAD and the menus are fine. But if you re-boot the PC, the menus get screwed up and you have to re-load.

Sometimes it will load the tool bars but not show the drop down menus...

All the other computer work great. And they are all configured the exact same way.
And, this just started happening. It has worked fine from the time we bought it a few months ago. Nothing else has changed on the computer. No new configurations, no new software, ect...

Any suggestions on what might be causing this...
