Renaming of Copied Frame Generator Parts

Summary: When frame generated parts are "saved as copy" or copy Design have them renamed in the browser as well in Vault and windows

Description: Fix the permanant part names that Frame Generator is notorious for.....and a BIGTIME headache to fix.

How Used: Anytime you do a "save copy as" or use the Copy Design utility in Vault the "new" file name only appears when viewing the file in the vault or windows. When the assembly is opened the old file name is still there in the browser - creating a VERY confusing mess.
