Level of Detail Button

Summary: Add the option to turn Level of Detail off by right clicking the indicator icon

Description: With the removal of the option from the ribbon to turn off Level of Detail, the only current option is to type in the command LEVELOFDETAILOFF to turn off this display mode. A much more useful workflow would be the ability to right-click on the indicator icon that appears in the upper left hand corner of the screen when this is mode is on and have the ability to turn it off there. At the very least, have a pop up when you hover over this icon to tell the user what this icon is trying to indicate.
