Easily Control Part Transparency

Summary: Be able to toggle a part transparency on/off easily, without changing its color and if it is transparent act like its not there.

Description: Ability to toggle transperency of a part.

How Used: Allow you to easily change the transparency of a part without having to change its colour. When the part is transparent, you woul also be able to select parts through the transparent part as if it wasn't there.
