I am one of those who finds 12 for windows faster than anything since.
But if you try to load 12 into ans XP machine, you will get a divide by zero
error because the processors are so much faster.
There is a way to slow down the processor referred to as CPU brake:

It's probably nothing to do with the current processors but the fact that the system files that 12 for windows requires are no longer part of the OS. If you can find a set of old Win31 disks it'll probably work.Quote:
