"OR" Statement Function In Schedule Filters

Summary: Just as 2019 added OR statements to FILTERS, we need OR statements in the SCHEDULE FILTERS, too.

Description: Adding an OR statement to the schedule filters will expand the customization of scheduling in Revit by leaps and bounds! Why wasn't this done many versions ago? Where there is an AND, there should always be an OR. Being able to differentiate between systems and it's components will allow more scheduling options without having to add insane custom shared parameters to families and projects to accomplish the same result.
