Topography levels by line

Summary: Use a line to define consistent topography levels

Description: When creating a new topographic surface, you often have to comply to specific minimum (e.g. for shedding of water) or maximum slopes (e.g. to maintain disabled access).
It would be great if you could use a line to define levels rather than having to use multiple points spaced frequently to attain your required slope.
For example: say you have a 5m wide yard which needs to fall at 1:100 from one side to the other. Let's say the yard is 15m long.
You could define either:
a) the high side and the low side by drawing one 15m long line to define the high side at, say, 10.000m, and another 15m line along the low side at 9.950m - giving you a consistent 1:100 fall,
or
b) a line where you can define the high point and the low point and the topography follows at a constant slope. In practice, that would consist of a 5m long line along either short side, with the high points defined at 10.000. and the low points at 9.950m
