Remove a flange and re connect pipe without effecting the other end

Summary: Allow "none" as an option in properties when selecting flanges.

Description: When creating pipes, I often need a pipe that is welded at one end and flanges at the other.
This is not an option with the routing preferences enforcing flanges or none at both ends simultaneously.
Deleting a flange and reconnecting the pipe will result in the routing preferences being enforced at both ends by adding the flange back in or removing the flange at the other end forcing you to manually add it back.
I think a simple solution would be to add an option of "none" in the preferences when you select a flange. This option would remove the flange and connect the pipe without changing the other end.
