Open Drawings faster by option of unloading selected xrefs or images in file open dialog box
Summary: File open dialog box could have additional option to unload selected xrefs temporariy in order to open a big sized drawing faster.
Description: Sometimes not all xrefs are needed for doing just some minor changes to the title block attributes in tha paperspace. So to save time in opening, i propose to have an option to unload xrefs temporarily.

You can already partial open drawing in AutoCAD and not load xrefs' layer:

To use partial open, you first need to save files with layer and/or spatial indexes.

Controls whether layer and spatial indexes are created and saved in drawing files.
To receive the maximum benefit of demand loading, it is recommended that you save any drawings that are used as xrefs with layer and spatial indexes
0 No indexes are created
1 Layer index is created
2 Spatial index is created
3 Layer and spatial indexes are created
