mask a single line attribute from the attribute box

Summary: Add a mask to a single attibute

Description: When using an single line attribute to be able to select from the attribute drop down box as to whether the background should be masked or not. Some drawings are very busy so the attributes get lost in some areas but in other parts of a drawing there is a lot of space so the mask would not be required as the attributes are clearly visable
