embedded family not show at proper height in plan view once in project

I have embedded a Grab bar family (specialty equipment family) into water closet family (plumbing fixtures) and the grab bars are appearing in plan view under the toilet but in every other view appear in the proper position. Grab Bar is shared and cut with voids when loaded grab bar's work plain is Reference Plane : center Line. Once loaded into the water closet family is hosted to Ref. LevelAttachment 106787 help please
