Dimensioning to Face of Core Discrepancy

Summary: By selecting "faces of core" when dimensioning, the dimension should only attach to the face of core and not the wall faces.

Description: Although when you select "faces of core" to dimension, it normally snaps to the face of the core, the dimension is still allowed to select the wall face. This should be modified so that it can only select the face of core similar to how the when you select "wall faces" it only lets you select the wall face to dimension from (although if you tab you can get to the face of core - I think this should be modified as well). If you are allowed to select either the wall face or core in spite of the option selected, it defeats the purpose of even having the option.
