XL2CAD from DotSoft - Compile error in hidden module: frmUpdateAll

We are currently using LD2007. We keep getting a Microsoft Visual Basic error. We also use a program called XL2CAD from Dot Soft.

The error is listed as this:
Compile error in hidden module: frmUpdateAll

on the command line this shows up as well: DS> XL2CAD Reactors ... Initialized; error: Automation Error. Failed to run VBA

We have checked our VBA manager and it appears that the correct macos are loaded.

We have reloaded the program with no success.

Anyone have any ideas?
