NCS/ AIA Layer Name generator?

I know there are some incredible code junkies out there who could make a SQL layer name generator for the AIA and NCS standards, that used a pretty small database of commonly used items in constructioin to make a standardized layer naming generator. Since AIA and NCS charge us for the guide, I would expect them to pay for a generator, not that I particularly WANT to be charged to create layer names.....
I thought of this as I was trying to figure out what the layer name for HVAC Equipment Clearance lines would be.. MH-EQPM-CLEAR?
