BOM question : extract Purchased items from all subs ?

I'm sure I'm missing something basic here. I have an assembly with several layers of assemblies which all contain nuts and bolts, chain links, pins, bla bla bla. How can I extract a consolidated list of Purchased items, with all similar parts added together ? For example, there are 6 levels of assemblies which have 1/2-13nc x 1.5 bolts, for a total of 56 bolts of that kind. I want to extract a chart with 1 line of this bolt, with a quantity of 56.

How can I do this ?
