Ability to Import / Export UCSs

Summary: The ability to import and export UCS's.

Description: I want to be able to import/Exports UCSs.

How Used: I often find myself creating a UCS in one file that I need to transfer to another file. Right now, I have to do that by manually creating a matching UCS. It would be more accurate, and easier, I think, to export a UCS to some file and then import it. Or even better, be able to import a UCS directly from another DWG file via the ADC, or some other dialog.
