Description: The ability to edit/adjust feature line arcs similar to plines, with a mid point grip so that feature line arcs can be adjusted when the feature line needs to move or be adjusted due to the associated radius being revised. For example, a curb line in an island where the island is changed and the feature line could be easily adjusted to match the change without having to break/trim the feature line and redraw the arc portion to match the curve.
