Type Line Length When Sketching Line

Summary: Be able to start line in sketch and type the length of the line to finish it

Description: Type in the length of a line in sketch command

How Used: like Autocad be able to move the mouse in a vertical or horizontal direction and then be able to type in a dimension for that line.
