64b apps: autocad mep 2009 & navisworks 2010

I have both AutoCAD MEP 2009 64b installed and also NavisWorks Manager 2010 64b installed on my 64b XP Pro machine.

However, I cannot find a suitable nwnavigator2009.arx the will install on my 64 machine... what am I missing?

All other machines which I support are XP Pro 32 b machines. We have AutoCAD 2009 MEP installed... most of them also have NavisWorks 2009 installed...

So my questions are two:

1) Is there a 64 bit nwnavigator2009 arx available and where should I be able to find it?
2) Should I have any issue with moving our AutoCAD MEP 2009 machines (32b) to NavisWorks Manage 2010?
