Create Design Profile from a Polyline/Object within a Profile View.

Summary: The ability to generate design profiles from a created or drawn polyline/object in profile view. Similar to the Alignment Command "create from object".

Description: The ability to generate design profiles from superimposed profiles, projected objects, sample surfaces, hand drawn polylines, etc..., in profile view. Similar to the Alignment Command "create from object".

One example (Design & Layout): Have a design alignment and design surface. We have to sample the design surface create a profile view and then trace the design surface to get a design profile. A Sample Surface Profile can be exported out to landxml but it cannot be laid out in the field. (Topcon)
