installation dwf writer 4 geht nicht

Installation startet läuft auch fast ganz durch aber dann:
- Error: Failed to retrieve the value of EnvVar SystemRoot.

Habe was gefunden, hilft aber nicht:
check out the value of DriverCachePath in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup on the problematic machine.

It should be set to "%SystemRoot%\Driver Cache". If the value is something different, try changing it and test if you still get the error.

Wenn ich das mache kommt eine andere Fehlermeldung:
Failed to extract Universal driver files or not all files are found
