Point style with a wipeout
Has anybody had any luck making a point style with a wipeout? I'm trying to create various point that would wipeout the line they sit on to avoid having to hunt and peck for each one for trimming. In other words, if I have a WW manhole sitting on a wastewater line, I would like to have the manhole point mask the wastewater line. I should also mention that I use description key sets for my point imports.
The problem I'm having is as a point style the wipeout masks the text within the circle, the block I use for the point style looks as it should, don't know why it acts like it does when it become a point style. I'll attach an image as an example.
TIA,
Rick
Re: Point style with a wipeout
It could be a draw order issue with the block. Sometimes you need to force the draw order by altering the order in which the items were created. In the block editor I usually make copies of the pieces of the block off to the side and in the order I want the draw order to be, then delete the originals and move the copies back to 0,0.
