Checking files into Vault - Close files and delete working copies

We design and build vehicles and our assemblies may have between 1000-5000 parts in them. We may be working on more than one assembly at a time. We we are done with one and want to check it in, Inventor/Vault will not delete any of the working copies because one or more may be used in one of the other assemblies we have open. This causes our hard drives to be full of old copies of files.

Make it so Inventor/Vault will delete all files that are not being used in other open files.
