Zero in front of Fractional Architectural Units

Summary: I would like the style and standards editor to allow architectural units to display a Zero in front of a fractional unit for example today 1'-3/8" is display as written. The desired result would be 1'-0 3/8".

Description: I would like the style and standards editor to allow architectural units to display a Zero in front of a fractional unit for example today 1'-3/8" is display as written. The desired result would be 1'-0 3/8". This result is addressed with AutoCAD within the precision pulldown of the dimstyle. In AutoCAD precision displays as 0 1/16 in Inventor it displays 1/16.

How Used: This would be used within the drawing environment to display architectural dimension.
