    Default locking toolbars

    I have a two monitor system with all the tool bars on one and the other is a drawing window. Is there any way to lock the toolbar's down ,like in autocad, so that they keep their shape, size and location. Every time I open or close a file the toolbar's change shape and the ends move off of the screen.

    P.S. version 2008
