Hello everyone! I am new to the Map 3D World, so please bear with me.

Working with different consulting groups and their coordinate system of choice has not been a problem so far.

What is a problem is... If there is a way to assign/create a coordinate system that is scaled off of another one. In particular, I need to get map data that is in state plane coordinate to work with maps that are in ground coordinates. North Dakota DOT uses a scaling factor (unique to each county) to convert between planar and ground coords.

Is there a method in Map 3D to create a "scaled" coordinate system based off another one? In this instance the ratios are .999872 (plane/ground). If not then is it possible to create a "ground coordinate foot" which is 1.000128016 planar foot?

The projects I'm working on are wind farms so there is considerable distance being covered in all directions.

Thanks for any help. I know this question has come up before on other forums but i have yet to have seen any definitive solution.
