online platform for sharing and annotating Autocad drawings

Hi, I'm working with clients from a different country and I need to explain to them details on my drawing. Unfortunately we can't meet in person and I can't explain it all over the phone.

Does anyone know if there is an online platform that would allow for me to upload and share my drawing with my clients, and all of us would be able to mark up and annotate on the drawing?

Take a look at AutoCAD 360

look at Design Review from Autodesk, and use DWF files to transfer design and markup/comments back and forth.

If on current versions of AutoCAD, you could also explore Design Feed

I don't know about Design Feed, could you please explain this feature more? Would it require for my clients to have AutoCad installed on their computer?
