Yep you can enter relative coords , But you can't get it to display the relative coords while drawing a RECT . And this would be quite a useful thing, as you want to guess at a nice decent sized border around something: So you pick a start point, and then you want to see whereabouts the size of the rect should be so you can type in a nice set of round numbers after the @. If you pic the 2nd point you'll have any weird rect size ... you could go an stretch it, but that's just more work .
