Acad 2010 & NW Manage 2009

Is there a way of getting the NWD/NWCout commands in AutoCAD MEP 2010 with Manage 2009? All I can find is the nwexport2009.arx in the prog files (which isn't surprising)... & it's fairly obvious that it won't open 2010 dwg's (but we're still saving down to 2007 anyway)... is there likely to be an arx download or do we have to open Acad 2009 to export?... or spend another fortune on an upgrade!!!

A 2007-2009 based ARX file will not work with 2010 due to the DWG file format change. (All ARX files need to be recompiled when there is a DWG format change.)

So the short answer is "no".

Cheers Robert... yeah, I realised the file change but that's for AutoCAD... the NWDout command creates it's own Navis file (was there a Navis format change?)... there's no reason tho' why a custom written arx couldn't be released (as a support update for NW 2009) to allow the commands to function in Acad 2010 & keep our system usable. Maybe too much to hope for

No, not directly however you can downsave the files in NW2010 to open in NW2009.
