Hi
Have a browse of the following thread (especially take note of links within) -
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled access violation writing 0x6f0061 exception at 7c9106c3h
Unfortunately when it comes to "Unhandled access violation" type messages there usually is no simple answer; by following *all* the links found in the thread quoted above you should hopefully be able to build a list of items that you can start to work through in your attempt to resolve the issue / problem.

Well, I get this error every time I try to run Autodesk. It loads about half-way then gives me this error and dies. I am running Win2K with an ATI Radeon 9100 display card and I have downloaded the latest driver for it. I installed AutoCAD 2005 yesterday, so I wonder if that might have contributed to the problem? I have uninstalled 2005 and to no avail. I also reinstalled 3.3, uninstalled it, reinstalled it and still get the same problem.
Hi
Do you run Virus Software or the like?
If yes, temporarily turn it off then install Autodesk products.
If you do the above I would first make sure all Autodesk products are removed from your system -
ID: TS45252 - Remove all Autodesk® software products from system to ensure clean installation
The Autodesk web site has more information on this....
