How to set the screen's background to black???

I can't read the yellow lines and text against the white background on my monitor. I've searched and the question is probably too basic for the help files !!! I need to set the screen's background to black; how is that done??? There has to be a simple answer to this; I've done it years ago but can't find it in my ACA2009 software settings...

I generally use Revit so I have forgotten some of the setup nuances. Help is greatly apprecated.

type OPTIONS, pick the DRAFTING tab, click the COLORS button.
(It used to be on the DISPLAY tab)
