Left Arrow-Repeat Last Selection?

Have we lost the funcationality of using the left arrow to repeat the last selection set of items?

If so, why?

Have we also lost the pull-down menu for Design Options? Right now I have to go to the "Tools" menu to get design options. Am I missing something?

Duh, just found it. I just had to right click in the tool bar and turn on that tool pallette. It is so easy to forget how you set those little things up for yourself!!

I think the arrow keys are now designated for the nudge function... and repeat last selection is Ctrl+LeftArrow.
